Passed away from his life on earth to be with our heavenly Father on March 1, 2023 in Houston hospital surrounded by his daughter Marlaina, her fiance Joshua, sister Judy and husband ML, and sister Susan. The letter issued by the Employees Union of the Central Bank, Central Bank Executive Officers Association, Central Bank Staffers Association, Central Bank Jathika Podu Sevaka Sangamaya, Central Bank Employees Union and Central Bank Professionals Alliance under the hands of the respective presidents and secretaries said they engaged in a trade union action by staying away from their duties to demand the Government to amend the new tax policy.
